Ethics & Anti-Corruption
As a subsidiary of La Coopérative Welcoop, the Equasens Group is committed to conducting all of its activities in compliance with the highest ethical, social and environmental standards.
Our approach is founded on transparency, integrity and responsibility towards our employees, partners, clients and patients.
Our actions are built around three core pillars: the fight against corruption, the prevention of harassment, and the implementation of an ethical whistleblowing system.
Anti-Corruption
Our ethical approach aims to ensure compliance, by all employees, with the laws and regulations applicable to our activities, and to combat all forms of corruption.
The commitment of La Coopérative Welcoop and its subsidiaries has been formalised through the introduction of a Code of Conduct.
This document sets out the rules of conduct and guiding principles that govern each employee’s behaviour in the performance of their duties. It applies to all employees of the Equasens Group, regardless of their role or position.
Should any questions arise regarding the application of the Code of Conduct or the anti-corruption policy, employees may contact the Ethics Officer and submit a report.

Reporting Harassment

Within the Equasens Group, we are committed to ensuring respect and wellbeing for all. In order to prevent potential cases of moral or sexual harassment, the Human Resources Department is available to support and assist employees.
Harassment officers are also appointed within the Group. They are available to listen to employees and provide support in a confidential and impartial manner. The occupational health physician, who is bound by medical confidentiality, may also be contacted for support or to report a situation.
Whistleblowing System
La Coopérative Welcoop, together with the Equasens Group and its subsidiaries, has implemented a shared whistleblowing system for the collection of alerts, accessible to all employees and stakeholders.
This system allows individuals to report, anonymously if they wish, any of the following matters to La Coopérative Welcoop or the Equasens Group:
Corruption or fraud
Harassment (moral or sexual), discrimination (gender, religion, origin, etc.), or sexist and inappropriate behaviour
Violations of human rights, health, safety or environmental standards
Breaches of personal data protection
Any other situation that appears to be contrary to ethical principles
