Our ethical approach aims to ensure compliance, by all employees, with the laws and regulations applicable to our activities, and to combat all forms of corruption.

The commitment of La Coop\u00e9rative Welcoop<\/strong> and its subsidiaries has been formalised through the introduction of a Code of Conduct<\/strong>.

This document sets out the rules of conduct and guiding principles that govern each employee\u2019s behaviour in the performance of their duties. It applies to all employees of the Equasens Group<\/strong>, regardless of their role or position.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Should any questions arise regarding the application of the Code of Conduct or the anti-corruption policy, employees may contact the Ethics Officer and submit a report.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Within the Equasens Group<\/strong>, we are committed to ensuring respect and wellbeing for all. In order to prevent potential cases of moral or sexual harassment, the Human Resources Department<\/strong> is available to support and assist employees.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

Harassment officers are also appointed within the Group. They are available to listen to employees and provide support in a confidential and impartial manner. The occupational health physician, who is bound by medical confidentiality, may also be contacted for support or to report a situation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
